Event support

A range of teams support the running of our regular Sunday events and other large events. You have the choice to serve on a team on a regular Sunday once a month, or to serve on a team brought together on a one-off basis for a specific larger event. There are teams for:

Event setup and set down which involves loading up equipment, transporting it to the venue, setting up and seting down the venue and taking all equipment back to the Vineyard Centre
Welcome which involves welcoming guests and regulars and making them feel at ease, helping them to find their way around and connecting them with people
Cafe which involves preparing snacks and hot drinks, serving food and drink to guests, regulars and the teams involved in running events, as well as befriending people and offering them warm and genuine hospitality
Resources table which involves providing useful information about the running event or future events, as well as offering for sale a range of books, CDs and DVDs, and befriending people
Audio visual which involves operating our events laptops to run powerpoint presentations, multimedia files, Songsmart software etc to enhance people's experience of worship and teaching.

Elsewhere on this site there are also teams for worship, PA and helping with Vineyard Kids.
