Leadership development

A key part of the Vineyard strategy is to invest in developing leaders.  At Wharfedale Vineyard we encourage emerging and current leaders to embark on the Leadership School Foundations course which takes around nine months.

We have collated a number of resources to help with small group leadership, mainly from a course run a couple of years ago.

From time to time we also provide individual training days and leaders evenings.  Forthcoming opportunities are noted in the News below.
