 Starjumps
Star jumps is our Sunday group for children aged 4 to 6 years (reception and year 1 in school).
The Vision
Our aim is to have fun with the children as they learn about who God is and how he impacts their lives.
We teach them about God’s word in the bible.
We encourage positive Christian behaviour & attitudes including sharing, turn taking, listening to each other etc, that reflect the way Jesus would want us to live.
What do we do
A typical morning would vary but is likely to include:
A theme based on one of the bible stories; colouring/craft activity related to the story; trying to memorise a bible verse; some games; praying for each other or specific situations in their lives/the world; talking about what they have been doing and drawing out how toapply new learning and how God is working in their lives.
