A Welcoming People

If you are part of Wharfedale Vineyard then you are a part of the welcome team. Being a welcoming community can’t be achieved by two people at the door, it relies on everyone making an effort to look out for people they don’t know and making them feel welcome, whether at the weekly worship, housegroup or elsewhere.

We aim to ensure that everyone coming along to The Wharfedale Vineyard is made to feel welcome. You will find that at all of our weekend events there are people to welcome you into the building, and to show you where to go for a cup of tea or coffee, where the toilets are, etc. Serving on this team offers a great way to get to know some new people.
