Event set up and set down
The Set Up Team serves a key function in helping regulars and guests at weekly worship to encounter Jesus and to connect with the Wharfedale Vineyard community of faith through setting up welcoming, tidy and comfortable venues and transporting all required resources and equipment.
A good job is being done when:
- All other ministries at weekly worship are supported by ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and resources to the relevant venues
- Welcoming and comfortable venues are set up.
- Continued good relations with our venue hirers are ensured by setting down and removing all equipment and resources and leaving venues in a better state than they were found
