Signing in to
Please ensure the children have been taken to the toilet before you sign them into the groups. The purpose of signing in is to protect the children and ensure that the child(ren) are returned to the correct parent/guardian. When signing in your children for the first time, please complete a consent form, for this new academic year, which shows that you have given your child(ren) permission to take part in the activities. There is space to highlight any allergies and to fill in contact details.
 We operate a 'tag system' with all the children's work. This means when signing children into the groups, please ensure you take a numbered tag for each child you sign in, write the number on the signing in sheet next to the child's name and keep it on you at all times. When it is time to collect the children, the carer needs to return the tag in order to collect the children.
