Directions to the Vineyard Centre
In July 2007 we moved into our new building at 5 Sheepscar Court, LS7 2BB. It is being used as offices during the week, and for smaller meetings and events in the evenings and at weekends (see booking details). It is a fabulous base and we are blessed to have been able to purchase it. Here are some directions to help you find us within the Sheepscar junction one-way system.
From North Leeds
Head into the city centre along the A61 (Scott Hall Road). As you approach the city centre you will drive down a long hill (dual carriageway). At the bottom of the hill you will pass a BMW garage on your left - at this point you need to be in the middle lane (signposted Wakefield, Motorway M1, Sheepscar). From this lane, where the road forks take the left hand fork and then stay in the right hand lane (signposted Motorway M1, Meanwood). You will pass a bright green hand car wash on your right - turn right immediately after this. Then you need the middle lane, signposted 'Meanwood'. As you turn right for Meanwood there are 2 lanes going in this direction, you need the right hand lane of the two. This takes you up the very bottom of Meanwood Road. You will see red brick buildings on your right which are surrounded by black railings. Turn right into here - Sheepscar Court.
From South Leeds
Head towards the City Centre on the inner Ring Road (A643) and then follow the A58(M). You need the turning signposted A61 Harrogate (just after the A660 Skipton turning). Turn left off the A58 (M) here and follow the road around to the left at the top of the slip road. Stay in the left hand lane as you head away from Leeds City Centre and down a hill. At the traffic lights at the big junction (Sheepscar Interchange) at the bottom of the hill turn left (signposted Meanwood). Get immediately into the right hand lane and take the first road on the right - Sheepscar Court, this leads into a complex of red brick buildings surrounded by a black railing.
By Public transport
No 2, 3, 12, 13, 35, 45, 47, 71
From Leeds City Centre take any bus which is heading to North Leeds - these can be found along New Briggate, opposite the Grand Theatre. Ask for Sheepscar and get off the bus just before the bright green hand car wash. It is very soon after leaving the City Centre, you pass the Leeds college of Building on your right and when the Plumb Centre is on your right you need to get off the bus, just before the car wash. Looking ahead you will see some red brick buildings at the bottom of Meanwood Road - this is where you are heading for.
From North Leeds take any bus which is heading into the city centre - ask for Sheepscar and get off at the bright green Hand Car Wash. Get off the bus and walk right, look to your right and across the big junction you will see some red brick buildings at the bottom of Meanwood Road - this is where you are heading for.

From out of Leeds
From the North
Driving South on the A1/M1 take the exit for Leeds at Wetherby following the A58 all the way into Leeds. You will cross the Ring Road and then drive for several miles, mostly on a dual carriageway until you reach a busy shopping street in the middle of Harehills. Drive straight through turning neither left nor right until the road takes a sharp right turn and up a hill past a couple of car showrooms.
At the next, very large, junction (known as Sheepscar) bear left and then cross to the right hand lane following signs for Meanwood. This takes you in a large U turn round a central island with a large car wash. Keep following the signs for Meanwood across the junction when you will see some red brick square office buildings which you need to keep on your right and then turn into - that is Sheepscar Court. Turn right into that business park - the Vineyard Centre is the middle building.
From the South
Drive up the M1 until it separates into the M1 (going left) and the M621 (carrying on into Leeds). Take the M621 until junction 4 signposted the A61. Follow the A61/Harrogate signs religiously through the city centre until you emerge at a large intersection (called Sheepscar) having passed a large car wash on your right.
Follow signs for Meanwood and Sheepscar across the junction when you will see some red brick office buildings which you need to keep on your right and then turn into - that is Sheepscar Court. Turn right into that business park - the Vineyard Centre is the middle building.
From the M62 - East or West
Follow the M62 until you come to signs for the M621/Leeds. This loops through the South of Leeds from East & West. Either way, take signs for A61/Harrogate. From the East, the directions are the same as from the M1 (above).
From the West, you leave the M621 by Elland Road (Leeds United Stadium) and turn left at the exit roundabout following the inner ring road (A643) and signs to the A61/Harrogate. Follow the directions above for 'From South Leeds'.
From the A64 (York)
Follow the A64 all the way into Leeds, across the ring road (which is a peculiar dog leg junction spread over half a mile). Much of the way into Leeds city centre is dual carriage way.
As you come down a long hill close to the centre you approach a set of traffic lights. Straight ahead would lead you into a tunnel and the inner ring road. Turn left instead and look for signs for the A61/Harrogate.
