I do do art

 Last year on the Ashburnam holiday I got involved with the creative workshops.  It's taken me till now, but I have finally set up a 'studio corner' at home, and my first two creations are now hanging proudly in my office at work. (Excuse the poor quality photographs)

This is pic 1.  It's acrylic on canvas, layered quite thickly to create texture. Looks glorious with the sun on it as it really gleams!

And pic 2.  You can't get the 3D effect on a photo of it, but it's built up with good old Modroc (plaster of Paris bandage), then painted with acrylics dabbed on with a soft sponge.  It wasn't meant to 'be' anything, but a colleague said it looked like a surfing figure.  So...spot the surfer!
