SongSmart (for worship songs & chords)

SongSmart is the application we use to create setlists for use in housegroups and other worship events. We also use it to project the words during the sets.
It is a great tool and is relatively simple to use.

Some of the best features are that you can access all the songs we use at Wharfedale Vineyard from a shared database, you can export a setlist to Word (to print out for housegroup etc) and also that it transposes the key of the song at the touch of a button!

In order to create sets, export them to Word, and then print off chordsheets or songsheets - we recommend using SongSmart 1 rather than SongSmart Pro.

Follow the 3 simple steps below to get SongSmart. If you get stuck, or have any questions get in touch with Nik Gee at the office.

To install it on your computer, start by following this link: www.enhanceworship.com/Enhance_Worship/Downloads.html , then scroll down to the bottom of the page to download SongSmart 1.

Save the file, then double-click on it to run the installation process.

Once this is complete, open up SongSmart.

This version you have downloaded is the demo version. To change it to the registered version you need to go to the register menu and type in the following username and serial number:

Username: WharfedaleVineyard_Member
Serial Number: 4Tei-xcnx-ZNDg-Uz_O-nH0r-2wUL-Xq

(Hint) These are case-sensitive so copying and pasting it would probably be easier than typing it. Make sure you don’t copy and paste any spaces from either end.

Once you’ve installed SongSmart and registered, you will need to get more songs into the database.

As we use new songs during the year, we add them to the database. As we do this quite often - it is recommended that you click on "Get all available songs” each time you use SongSmart, in order to keep up to date.
