Background
I have probably known and loved Jesus all my life, as long as I can remember anyhow. Since finding the Vineyard, I started to actually let Him influence and guide my life completely, I think before that I don’t think I let Him mess with me very much as I liked to be in control of my decisions. The funny thing is, He always knows best and so letting Him have everything has changed me so much for the better.

I really enjoy being around young children and have worked as a primary teacher for 10 years. Children make me laugh and I particularly enjoy finding out what they love doing and how we can encourage them in all that they are and do.

In my chill- out time, I love to play tennis and most sports, except swimming which I am appalling at. One of the things I put great value on is family time, hanging out with Ben and the boys. An ideal time for me would be going somewhere with sunshine, with Ben and the boys and you could add in a mountain, beach or glacier for extra enjoyment. 

About 4 years ago God totally changed my outlook on how I see the poor and those who don’t know Jesus. I had never, in my upbringing, had any interaction with anyone needy or homeless and so when God gave me a huge compassion for these people, it totally broke my heart. So now, one of the things that lights my fire most in my life is telling people about Jesus, sharing His love for them and showing them how our community can care for them.
