Housegroups news September 2008
There are quite a few changes to housegroups from September 2008, and if you have not got a housegroup it is a great time to find a place to "know and be known".
Following the birth of their third beautiful daughter Hannah, Nik & Maggie Gee are planning to take a break from housegroup leading for a few months. |
Just before their Moortown group ended in the summer, Nik and Maggie were delighted to send out Alex and Lucy Holt to start a new housegroup in Alwoodley, meeting on Thursdays from 4th September. |
Similarly exciting changes have been happening in Otley where, coming out of Chris and Dawn's housegroup, Jerry and Pauline Wild will start a new group on Wednesdays at the home of Tim and Debbie Whitley. |
Chris and Dawn Thompson, meanwhile will be starting a new housegroup in Wilsden (north west of Bradford, near Bingley) at the home of David and Nicki Cook.

Another big thank you to Jeffrey Hodge and Elaine Sadler who have been leading a group in West Park and are now taking a break. |
Deeper is a housegroup for young people aged 15-18, led by Hannah and Ian Ripping, on Tuesdays (and some weekends too). |
If you are not in a housegroup, please do try one (or several). Browse the photo-index in the left column of the newly revamped housegroups website here. The photos may help you recognise some of the leaders when you see them at weekend events. Or try the interactive map to find your nearest housegroup.
It is usually best to give the leaders a call to confirm where and when they are meeting and try them out, or you can ring the office 0113 245 9111 for a general overview.
