Andrew's story

I grew up in a Christian family, but turned away from God in my teens. I started seeking again after university, but my faith didn't seem to have any power to change me. I couldn't seem to live a life that I thought would please God, and would sometimes wake in the night in fear that, if I died right then, I'd be cut off from Him forever.

Then, one night, driving home, it was as if God suddenly showed me that, if I just gave Him my attention and removed the distractions, He would change me without me having to do anything. This was my life's turning point, and I've since experienced such an overwhelming sense of God's love, and such relief that I don't have to earn it, that my heart's desire is now to give everything to follow and serve Jesus.
