Frank & Beryl go to India and Malawi

Frank and Beryl Watson have in the past spent 5 1/2 years in India based with a local church working in some hill villages doing health education in schools and bible clubs with children and adults.

31 March to 21 April: Frank and Beryl go to India

At the end of March, Frank and Beryl, and their friend Shirley (a community nurse and midwife), will be going back to India to visit some old friends and see how the health education work has progressed. Then in June the three will be going to Malawi.

This is part holiday to see our old work collegues and partly to get some of the health education programme we started out there into a format suitable for Malawi where we go in June. Please pray for safety especially on the roads, and that we will have the right words at the right time as we talk to people.

June: Frank and Beryl go to Malawi
Project Malawi was started 6 years ago to do bible teaching at the invitation of a local pastor. This has spread to several areas of the country. In the last couple of years Project Malawi have collected funds and funded several bore wells and last year took an optometrist and filled many pairs of glasses This year we are going to do some health education linking up with some local projects, and generally seeing where we can best help this very poor country in the future. Please pray for the three of us that we would know wisdom, safety and boldness. Also, ask God if he wants you to contribute in any way to this project.
